Rule 18-14-14.15 - Participant ReimbursementsA. The agency must provide transportation stipends to mandatory participants in its E&T program, for expenses that are reasonably necessary and directly related to participation in the E&T program. These payments are made in advance as payment for anticipated expenses in the coming month. 1. A monthly stipend will be posted to the individual's SNAP card for transportation assistance;2. Stipends are considered supportive services and are not counted as unearned income in the SNAP budget;3. Individuals engaged in Comparable Workfare are not eligible for the stipend;4.
