Rule 18-14-13.14 - AdjustmentsA. FNS will adjust the number of exemptions for MDHS if the number of SNAP recipients varies from MDHS' caseload by more than 10 percent.B. If MDHS does not use all of its exemptions by the end of the fiscal year, then FNS will increase the number of exemptions allocated for use in the subsequent year.C.
