A nonprofit organization providing services relating to workforce development; or4. An entity identified as an eligible provider of training services under section 122(d) of WIOA.B. Workforce partnerships could include multi-State programs.C. MDHS may use a workforce partnership to supplement, not supplant, its E&T program.D.
