Rule 15-9-99-1.7.1

The designation process for achieving CAHs status involves two steps:

1) submission of a satisfactory CAH Application (application discussed in part F of this section) to the CAH Certification Application Review Committee; and

2) successful completion of a CAH survey by the Division of Licensure and Certification of the MSDH. The CAH Certification Application Review Committee is discussed in part G of this section.
