Rule 15-9-97-6.5.1

The MSDH has developed a monitoring policy to adhere to the requirement of Mississippi Code § 41-99-5(4), which requires that the MSDH develop an audit process to assure that grant monies are used to provide and expand care to the uninsured and medically indigent.
