To ensure a timely start of MQHC grantee projects, the Funding Continuation Application must be submitted to the MSDH by the deadline identified in the Funding Continuation Announcement to ensure that applications can be reviewed, awards recommendations made by the advisory council, and submission of the council's recommendation to the MSDH.
