Health care facilities/sites interested in employing J-1 Visa Waiver physicians must submit a complete Mississippi Conrad State 30 J-1 Visa Waiver Application to the Mississippi Office of Rural Health and Primary Care to determine if the proposed J-1 physician placement will qualify for the Program.
