The medical facility must provide evidence that other avenues, regionally and nationally, to secure a physician not bound by the 2-year home residence requirement have been undertaken over a period of at least three (3) months. The recruitment must have occurred prior to sub Mission of the ARC 30 J-1 Visa Waiver Application.
