The Department will conduct on-site monitoring visits as needed. If necessary, the Department will conduct follow-up site visits to verify correction of monitoring findings. During the site visit, actual implementation of the proposed CMLPI Grant project(s) will be verified, grantees' progress will be assessed, and technical assistance will be available. Grantees will be notified in writing of the results of the site visit, of any findings, and the requirements of corrective action.
