Rule 15-5-85-5.2.7

The name of the fetus shall be entered in accordance with Rule 5.3.2. The name of the father and other information about the father shall be entered in accordance with Rule 5.3.3. If a name is not provided, "baby boy" or "baby girl" and the last name of the parent shall be inserted.
