On the first day of every month, each person, firm, corporation, burial society or burial association engaged in the business of burying dead bodies shall make a report to the Office of Vital Records on forms prescribed and furnished by the Department of Health of deaths during the preceding month. If there were no funerals during the month, a report shall be filed to this effect.
