Rule 15-5-85-2.1.2 - Disclosure of records

The State Registrar shall not permit inspection of, or disclose information contained in any records relating to vital events, or copy or issue a copy of all or part of any such record unless he is satisfied that the applicant has a legitimate and tangible interest in such record.
