Rule 15-4-1-1.4.3 - Repeat Screening Outside of the Health Department1. Special cases where the infant may have a repeat completed outside of the health department are: (1) Infant has not been discharged from the birthing facility or(2) parent/guardian request to return to birthing facility due to parent preference, location, or health department scheduling conflict.15 Miss.
