Rule 15-3-3-1.1.3

Members of the Stroke Advisory committee will be appointed by the State Health Officer for a term of three years and shall include representatives from the following entities:

a. Emergency Medicine Physician

b. Emergency Nursing

c. Hospital Administration

d. Neurology

e. Interventional Neurology/Radiology/Neurosurgery

f. Stroke Program Coordinators

g. Stroke Registry Personnel

h. AHA Representative

i. EMS Provider (ALS)

j. EMS Administration
