Rule 15-21-78-1.15.1 - Scope and Applicability1. This section establishes requirements, for which the registrant is responsible, for use of therapeutic radiation machines. The provisions of this section are in addition to, and not in substitution for, other applicable provisions of these regulations.2. The use of therapeutic radiation machines shall be by, or under the supervision of, a licensed practitioner of the healing arts who meets the training/experience criteria established by 1.15.3.(3)15 Miss. Code. R. 21-78-1.15.1
