It shall be the responsibility of each supplier of water to comply with the organic chemical sampling and analysis requirements as stipulated in the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations as published under Title 40 Code of Federal Regulations Sections 141.6, 141.24, 141.30 and 141.40 except that the following optional provisions of Title 40 Code of Federal Regulations are not adopted: Sections 141.24(f) (14) and (h) (10) and Section 141.40(n)(9) which allow compositing of samples.
