Rule 15-20-72-1.19.2 - Enforcement

Violations of any requirement of this regulation shall be subject to the enforcement provisions of the Mississippi Safe Drinking Water Act of 1997 as found at Sections 41-26-1 through 41-26-101, Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated.
