Rule 15-18-77-2.1.16 - Reinstatement A person, whose Manufacturer certification has been revoked, pursuant to statutes or regulations, may apply to the Division for reinstatement as a Manufacturer no sooner than 2 years after the effective date of the revocation. Reinstatement of a Manufacturer certification shall include:
1. An application, fee and statement (if applicable) that no activities took place after certification was revoked. 2. Provide documentation that the Applicant has satisfactorily completed any remedial actions required as a result of the revocation. Remedial actions including, notification by Third Party Certifier that manufacturer has corrected all deficiencies, updating or modifying training procedures, and correction to components of any registered product as may be specified in the suspension notice. 15 Miss.
