Rule 15-18-77-1.5.2 - Temporary Use

Any IOWDS can be installed through Notice of Intent procedure in an area where the Department has written proof from the providing entity that a connection to Centralized Wastewater Treatment System will be available with thirty-six (36) months. Upon completion of the Centralized Wastewater Treatment System, all temporary use systems must be properly abandoned.
