Home Health Aideshall mean a non-professional individual who has completed a home health aide training program meeting requirements as specified in Subchapter 29. The home health aide provides personal care services for a person in the home, under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist of the agency. The care must relate to the type of supervision.
