Rule 15-16-1-46.2.1 - Adoption of Minimum Standards of Operation

By virtue of authority vested in it by the Legislature of the State of Mississippi as per House bill #427 enacted by the Regular 1981 Session of the Legislature of the State of Mississippi, as amended in 1986, the Mississippi Department of Health does hereby adopt and promulgate the following Minimum Standards of Operation for Home Health Agencies.
