Rule 15-16-1-40.72.2

If the facility provides its own laboratory and x-ray services, these shall meet the applicable standards established for hospital licensure. Refer to Subchapter 21, Subchapters 57-61 & Subchapters 70-73 of the Minimum Standards of Operation for Mississippi Hospitals.
