Rule 15-16-1-4.6.2 - Fees1. Fees. Each application for licensure shall be accompanied by a fee of One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00) plus Twenty Dollars ($20.00) per bed, in check or money order made payable to Mississippi State Department of Health. The fees are not refundable.2. Applicants for initial licensure, or licensees, shall pay a User Fee to the licensing agency when it is required to review and/or inspect the proposal of any licensed facility in which there are additions, renovations, modernizations, expansions, alterations, conversions, modifications, or replacements. Said fee shall be assessed at the rate of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per hour or part thereof.15 Miss. Code. R. 16-1-4.6.2
