Rule 15-16-1-1.22.3

Volunteer services shall be provided by the hospice. These services shall be provided according to written policies and procedures. These policies and procedures shall address at a minimum:

1. Recruitment and retention;

2. Screening;

3. Orientation;

4. Scope of function;

5. Supervision;

6. Ongoing training and support;

7. Documentation of volunteer activities.
