Making the following change in Section 16, Penalty: Substitute the following paragraph for the only paragraph under Section 16 on page 126: "Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this Regulation shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine as provided by law, at the discretion of the Court and/or such persons may be enjoined from continuing such violations. Each day upon which such a violation occurs shall constitute a separate violation. "
