Add to the Administrative Procedures on page 123 as follows:
1. After receipt, aseptically processed milk and milk products shall comply with the bacteriological and chemical requirements of Section 7.2. All milk and milk products that are proposed for sale in the State of Mississippi shall comply with the labeling requirements of Section 4 upon receipt.
