Add the following to the Administrative Procedures of Item 11p., Construction and Repair of Containers and Equipment, after Administrative Procedure #10 on page 82: "Woven wire screens or multiple screen packs used in fill nozzles to minimize the generation of foam in containers are designed, constructed, and installed in compliance with 3-A Sanitary Standards."
