Amend Administrative Procedure #6 of Item 10p., Sanitary Piping, on page 81 by adding a second sentence to the paragraph as follows: "Provided, that cottage cheese, cheese dressings, or cheese ingredients may be transported by other methods which protect the product from contamination."
