Substitute the following paragraph for the first paragraph under Item 6p., Toilet-Sewage Disposal Facilities, on page 76: "Every milk plant shall be provided with flush type toilet facilities conforming with the Regulations of the State of Mississippi. Toilet rooms shall not open directly into any room in which milk and/or milk products are handled or processed. Toilet rooms shall be completely enclosed and shall have tight-fitting, self-closing doors. Toilet rooms shall have a lavatory including hot and cold running water, soap, and individual sanitary towels. Dressing rooms, toilet rooms, and fixtures shall be kept in a clean condition, in good repair, and shall be well-ventilated and well-lighted. Signs shall be posted in all toilet rooms used by employees directing them to wash their hands before returning to work. Sewage and other liquid wastes shall be disposed of in a sanitary manner approved by the Health Authority."
