Rule 15-12-31-9.4.1

Prior to EMSOF proceeds being distributed to any governmental unit, proof, or proper expenditure of EMSOF in the previous year, if applicable, must be submitted to include the signature of the signing authority of the governmental unit indicating all expenditures were made properly.
