Rule 15-12-31-9.3.2 - Personnel Expenses

EMSOF may be used to pay payroll and benefit differential pay for governmental units for the first year that a governmental unit applies to the BEMS to improve its' level of ambulance service licensure. No other personnel expenses are allowed under EMSOF.
