Any person desiring re-certification as an EMS Driver shall apply to the BEMS using forms provided (Application for state certification). All re-certification applications must be accompanied by a fee fixed by the Board, which shall be payable to the Board. Also include a copy of EMS Driver course certificate of completion and a copy of current state driver's license. The BEMS will conduct a review of the applicant's driver license history from the Mississippi Highway Patrol or applicable state driver's license history.
