The licensee shall record the chronological events of each transport. The following data elements shall be included: Time of initial request; Time of aircraft liftoff; Time of aircraft arrival at pickup point; Time of aircraft liftoff; Time of any intermediate aircraft stops; Time of aircraft arrival at destination; and Time aircraft and crew are returned to service and available.
