Rule 15-12-31-2.1.1

EMS personnel are restricted to performance of those skills as authorized by the State Department of Health, Bureau of Emergency Medical Services. EMS personnel cannot transport patients with needs or reasonably perceived needs for care which exceed the scope of practice for the ambulance attendant.
