Rule 15-12-31-1.4.4

BEMS will conduct an inspection of vehicle prior to issuing the permit. BEMS may issue the permit immediately following successful inspection. BEMS will issue an official permit within thirty (30) days; however, BEMS will issue a temporary document to serve as proof of permit until the official license arrives.
