Rule 15-11-55-3.7.6 - First Aid and CPR1. During all hours of operation, including the arrival and departure of children, a childcare family home employee shall be present, at any location where the children are present, who holds a valid infant, child, and adult first aid certificate. This certificate shall be issued by an agent recognized by the licensing agency.2.
