A representative from the licensing agency has the authority to conduct inspections or investigations at any childcare family home to ensure compliance with these regulations. Applying for a license or permit to operate a center, or receiving one from the agency, implies consent from the applicant, the prospective license holder, and the premises owner for the agency's representative, upon displaying proper identification, to enter the premises. The home shall provide access to personnel from other state agencies or any individuals conducting inspections at the agency's request.
