Rule 15-11-55-3.18.3 - Health and Safety1. Swimming pools equipped with a diving board shall be level. All diving boards shall be installed in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines.2. Swimming pools, when in use, shall be properly maintained and monitored for appropriate concentration of disinfectant based on the manufacturer's guidelines.3. A testing kit for measuring the concentration of the disinfectant, shall be available at each swimming pool.4. The water in a swimming pool shall have sufficient clarity to ensure visibility to the floor of the pool. The pool shall be closed immediately if this requirement cannot be met.15 Miss. Code.
