Rule 15-11-55-2.11.6 - Water

The water supply shall be from a public water system or a private system approved by the Mississippi State Department of Health. shall be dispensed by the following:

1. Fountain; or

2. Disposable paper cups; or

3. Labeled cup for each child that shall be washed and sanitized daily.
