Rule 15-11-55-1.5.9 - Review by Licensing Agency1. The satisfaction of the personnel requirements applicable to any individual shall be determined by the licensing agency acting pursuant to its authority under applicable statutes and regulations.2. The licensing agency, in its sole discretion, may accept suitable educational credits, programs, or degrees in lieu of those specified in Subchapter 5 upon the submission of adequate documentation by the individual.15 Miss.
