Rule 15-11-55-1.4.7 - Weapons Prohibited1. There shall be no firearms or other dangerous weapons allowed in a child care facility.2. If a facility is located in an occupied dwelling, all firearms shall be equipped with trigger locks and kept in a locked room out of the sight of all children. All other dangerous weapons shall be kept under lock in a room not accessible to children.3.
