Rule 15-11-55-1.24.3 - Facility Policy and Procedures1. Parents shall be provided a written statement of policies pertaining to emergencies, meals, snacks, procedures for releasing a child to parent, and any other information regarding hourly child care facility operation. All policies and procedures will be submitted to the licensing agency and reviewed prior to a license being issued. Written guidelines will be provided to applicants as part of the application packet.2. The care of a child shall be no more than eight hours per stay and shall not exceed a total of 45 hours in any calendar month period.3. When business hours exceed 12 hours in a 24-hour period, the program will be reviewed on an individual basis for compliance with regulations addressing evening and overnight care.15 Miss. Code.
