Authorized Inspection Agency means one of the following:
1. A department or division established by a state, commonwealth or municipality of the United States, or a province of Canada which has adopted one or more sections of the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code of the ASME and whose inspectors are approved by the State of Mississippi.2. An inspection agency of an insurance company which is authorized (licensed) to write boiler and pressure vessel insurance in those jurisdictions which have examined the agency's inspectors to represent such jurisdictions as is evident by the issuance of a valid certificate of competency to the inspector.3. An Owner-User Inspection Agency that meets the requirements of Section 45-23-43 of the Act.15 Miss. Code. R. 10-76-1.3.5
