Rule 15-10-76-1.3.32

Nonstandard Boiler or Pressure Vessel means a boiler or pressure vessel that does not bear the Mississippi stamp, the ASME stamp, the National Board stamp, or the stamp of any state or political subdivision which has adopted a standard of construction equivalent to that required by Mississippi.
