There are a number of copiers available on contract for one and/or multiple-year rental programs. Agencies may rent from any of the vendors listed in these contracts. Governing authorities may rent from any vendor offering the contract items at or below the contract prices. When renting a copier, state agencies must use the Vendor Rental Agreement f or use by Mississippi departments and vendors.
