The Professional's requests for payment for fees earned during the Planning Phase will be in accordance with stipulations in the
Standard Agreement Between the Owner and the Professional. During the Construction Phase, however, progress payments will be submitted periodically and will be based on the current percentage requested by the Contractor. All requests will be submitted as an original and one copy of the Bureau's Professional's Application for Payment Form. [See Appendix 700.]
If the Standard Agreement Between the Owner and the Professional requires the Professional to provide one (1) complete set of updated As-Built Construction Documents, the Professional may not receive final payment until the updated As-Built Construction Documents / reproducibles, or equivalent in .pdf format, have been received by the Bureau.
