The Bureau will schedule regular Progress meetings at the time of the Pre-construction Conference where the Owner's Project Manager, Professional and his Consultants, and Subcontractors pertinent to the agenda will attend. The Contractor will prepare the agenda to include:
1. Review, approve minutes of the previous meeting 2. Review work progress since last meeting 3. Note field observations, problems and decisions 4. Identify problems which impede planner progress 5. Review off-site fabrication problems 6. Revise construction schedule as indicated 7. Plan progress during the next work period 8. Review proposed changes 9. Complete other current business 10. Review application for payment submitted by the Contractor 12 Miss. Code. R. 3-2.1-700.17
