Section 12-3-2.1-0-00100-4-4.05 - AWARD OF CONTRACT

The Owner reserves the right to reject any, or all bids. A Contract will be awarded on the basis of the low base bid, or low combination of base bid and those alternates selected by the Owner in any order determined to be in the best interest of the Using Agency and which produces a total within available funds.
