Section 12-10-100.7 - Applicability(1) These regulations shall apply to: All state-owned lands within the floodplains of the State of Mississippi. (2) Every State of Mississippi property participates in the National Flood Insurance Program via the DFA Office of State Property Insurance (OSPI).
