Section 11-8-2.5-69-6907 - Payment of Penalty(a) If an individual does not appeal the Commission's order imposing an individual civil penalty, the penalty shall be due ten (10) day from the issuance of the order.(b) If an individual named in a notice of proposed individual civil penalty assessment files a petition for review, the penalty shall be due ten (10) days after issuance by the reviewing court of a judgment affirming the penalty.11 Miss.
